Product overview We are pleased to announce the arrival of a 1980 Aria Pro II vintage LP model! The "D" in the model name stands for "Dimarzio", and is a very rare model. In 1980, Arai Boeki made an offer to become Gibson's import agent, which made it difficult to continue selling copy models, so they tried to get rid of their stock early by installing DiMaggio pickups on existing models without changing the price. The maple/mahogany body, set neck, and even the fret edge binding have been reproduced, making this one of the highest spec Japan vintage models in this price range! You can't find one of these whenever you want one. Don't miss this opportunity! The pegs and knobs have been replaced, and the neck binding on the first string side has been repaired.

The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod to correct the bow, but when the treble strings are adjusted to be straight, the bass strings are slightly bowed forward. This does not affect playability. There is still plenty of fret height, so it does not interfere with playability.
