Product overview We have received a Guyatone SG-25T semi-acoustic guitar, manufactured in the 1960s. Known as a "bizarre guitar," it is one of the representative models from the early days of electric guitars in Japan, and is highly popular both domestically and internationally. This particular instrument was named "Julien." If you thought it looked like a Yamaha at first glance, you're right; it seems that Guyatone commissioned Yamaha to do the woodworking during this period, resulting in a body shape very similar to Yamaha's SA series. Detailed explanation	There are noticeable scratches and dents throughout the unit, and some tarnish/rust on the metal parts. The condition is appropriate for its age. The plastic parts around the toggle switch are cracked. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod. There are some small ripples and twists throughout, but the neck is relatively straight for a guitar of this brand. While some adjustments have been made to the settings, some buzzing may be felt depending on your playing style. The frets have been filed down and are relatively flat, but this does not interfere with playability.
