Product overview This 1992 Les Paul model features the "Orville by Gibson" logo, a highly acclaimed Japanese Gibson. Among the Les Paul Standards, the "LPS-Q" features a quilted maple top. Unlike the top-of-the-line "LPS-QM," the quilted top is laminated, but it retains the authentic Gibson USA pickup specifications. While the catalog lists the pickup as a TM490, the bridge pickup is stamped with GIBSON USA, while the neck pickup is unstamped. (We believe it's a 498R, 57CLASSIC.) This guitar also displays the meticulous craftsmanship you expect from a Japanese-made guitar. It exudes a simple yet authentic aura, making it a trustworthy companion.

Detailed explanation	There are some minor scratches, but considering its age, there is little damage and it is in relatively good condition. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod and is now almost straight. There is a slight amount of wear on the frets, but there is still enough left that it doesn't interfere with playing.
