Product overview The YSG-I was the flagship model in the YSG series, perfected by Yamaha in pursuit of the ultimate in playability. Its set-neck construction features a carefully selected two-piece maple top and a luxurious two-piece mahogany back. The fingerboard is crafted of jet-black ebony, giving it a truly flagship look. Of particular note is the "Bi-Sound System," which allows for a wide variety of sounds to be created with just a push of a button. The powerful humbucker pickups and the delicate tone of the single-coil pickups can be switched with a single push switch. Featuring 24 frets and Jim Dunlop jumbo frets, this guitar boasts high playability on a par with today's high-end guitars.

Detailed explanation	There are some slight scratches and signs of use, but considering its age there is little damage and it looks relatively clean. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions. The neck has been adjusted with a rod, but when the treble strings are adjusted to be straight, the bass strings are slightly bowed forward. There is no problem with playing. There is a slight reduction in the frets, but there is still enough left that it does not interfere with playing.
