Takeshi Nishiyama was a legendary guitarist who dominated the Japanese rock scene in the '90s. This model embodied the ideal sound he sought, making it one of Fernandes' most prestigious models of the time. Of particular note is the body material, crafted from the rare and now-extremely difficult-to-obtain Honduras mahogany. Its deep, warm tone is truly exquisite. Mounted with two high-power DiMarzio Tone Zone pickups, it delivers a sound that sings with emotion, from soaring solos to powerful riffs. The bridge is equipped with a German-made Schaller SFRT-2 pickup, ensuring rock-solid tuning even with intense arm movements. The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions.
