Following the BX-1, the SFX, Session, MB, and other models were released in quick succession, completing the lineup that would become synonymous with Yamaha's 1980s. Its presence in catalogs gradually diminished, and it finally disappeared in 1993, marking the end of its reign. This unorthodox model debuted alongside classic models like the SG and BB. It's a challenging instrument, typical of Yamaha, a company that has always pioneered new eras. While a Taiwanese-made version of the same model also exists, this one is made in Japan!
