Product overview We have a limited edition reissue of the famous Gibson L-6S from the 70s to early 80s in 2011! The original L-6S was born as a small and solid body model of the L-5, the pinnacle of archtop guitars, and was the younger brother of the L-5S. The famous Bill Lawrence was also involved in the design, and it was Gibson's first 24-fret guitar. Some people may remember it because Carlos Santana used it under an endorsement contract. It is characterized by a rotary switch called "rainbow Sound", which can output six different sounds, including not only front/rear, but also serial/parallel when mixed, and with or without phase out! Combined with volume, mid-cut, and high-cut controls, it covers a wide range from jazzy clean to lead drive sounds!
