Product overview We've received a shipment of the JB-45J, a Jazz Bass from Fender Japan, manufactured between 1997 and 2000, which is one of the most affordable models available! The Fender Standard J Series was introduced in 1999. While the price was slightly higher than previous entry-level models, it marked the first appearance of low-priced, Japanese-made models. The JB-45J was one of the first low-priced Jazz Basses to be released at that time! It continued to be part of the lineup until Fender Japan ceased operations in 2015, under the names JB-45 and JB-STD. With its standard specifications and great looks, this is a Japanese-made model that is still highly recommended and perfectly usable!
